Payment Policy 

We accept all U.S.A. issued major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). RBO PERFORMANCE is also proud to offer other payment solutions from a variety of payment solutions providers such as Apple Pay and Google payment.

 

Shipping Policy

 

RBO PERFORMANCE offers UPS, FEDEX, and USPS mailing couriers. We make sure your purchased items parts arrive safely and quickly as possible. It should be noted that RBO PERFORMANCE is not responsible for items not delivered. 

Due to prohibitive freight costs, unique vehicle applications, or risk of damage, are NOT allowed for Wheel & Tires. 

 

Returns Policy 

All return submission must be made using our online RMA request form or by contacting one of our customer service representatives by visiting our Contact Us link. All return items are after 5 days from a delivered package. Please check all merchandise for damage or defect when you receive your order. Make it known that any damage, broken, scratched, installed returned items will not be valid for a return and/or full refund.

General Warranty

 

RBO PERFORMANCE will be covered by a limited warranty ensuring the product is free from material defects in workmanship or materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase. 

RBO PERFORMANCE covers that is wheels will be free from material defects and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from installation, maintenance or use of the wheels such as damage caused by road hazards, collision, or other impacts. 
• Damage caused by racing or competitions 
• Damage caused by modifying of the wheels such as paint, powder coat, and/or plating of the wheels. 
• Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals such as brake dust, road salt, and/or acid raid. 
• Damage caused by extreme temperatures in various environments. 
• Damages including scratches, scrapes, dents, and or modifications. 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

We reserve the right to cancel your order with notice if there is a problem with your order. If you have any questions about an order that has been canceled, please contact one of our customer service representatives by visiting our Contact Us link

 

In the event that you would like to cancel your order, and the “Cancel Order” is not there. It means your order has been processed. Please contact one of our customer service representatives by visiting our Contact Us link for further assistance. 

 

Limitation of Liability 

 

In no event shall RBO PERFORMANCE, or any of its team members, be liable to you or any third party for any lost profit or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from or in any way related to your relationship with RBO PERFORMANCE. Your use of the site, products, or third party sites, or your interaction with or reliance on any advice from any such person or entity are at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting therefrom. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any damages arising from or in any way related to your relationship with RBO PERFORMANCE, any interactions with or reliance on advice from any such person or entity, or this agreement (for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action), will at all times be limited to the greater of (a) fifty US dollars or (b) amounts you have paid RBO PERFORMANCE in the prior 12 months. We agree that any claim between us must be brought within two (2) years. 

 

Indemnity 

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold RBO PERFORMANCE and team members from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs including, but not limited to, legal fees arising from your use of this website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions. RBO PERFORMANCE reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of RBO PERFORMANCE. 

 

Arbitration

Except for a claim that may be brought in small court, you and RBO PERFORMANCE agree to give up any rights to litigate claims in a court or before a jury or to participate in a class action or representative action with respect to a claim. Other rights that you would have if you went to court such as access to discovery, also may be unavailable or limited in arbitration. All court fees will be paid by you.
